  1. I think football (soccer) is a dangerous sport, and try to avoid it at all costs.

  2. I think volleyball is even dangerouser.

  3. I think it should be allowed to write 'dangerouser'.

  4. I'm 158 cm tall.

  5. My hair is impossible to do anything with if it's not wet. And sometimes even then.

  6. I've read the unabridged (though translated) version of Les Miserables by Victor Hugo, and James Joyce's Ulysses. First one was long but enjoyable. The second was confusing as heck, yet strangely compelling.

  7. I cry like a waterfall when I see sappy movies.

  8. And when I see scary movies I don't close or hide my eyes. Unfortunately I can't help but keep them wide open.

  9. I have a unholy temper, but I've gotten better at not letting it control me. When I lose that control however - usually when I see political debates or documentaries about religious groups or something equally frustraing - you better not get in my way.

  10. I'm pretty sure I'm a bit mentally unstable, as I'm either very happy or very sad.

  11. I have practically no sense of time nor direction.

  12. I've never broken a bone, but I was pretty close to break my nose when I was three - I fell head-first from a fence and landed on a girder. Yes. Ouch.

  13. In my opinion the night is the best part of the day.

  14. My internal watch is set to Tokyo-time; I get most my inspiration and energy after midnight, and I can sleep 'till four in the afternoon even if I went early to bed.

  15. My music-taste have been described as 'unique'. I prefer 'weird'.

  16. I consider myself more Christly than all those fanatics who kill and maim in the name of God.

  17. I still have no idea of what I'm going to be when I grow up.

  18. But that's okay, since I have no intention of ever growing up.

  19. I'm generally not dentophobic, but I am pathologically afraid of one particular dentist.

  20. I wrote a big report in my Art History class about comics, and got my teacher to agree that comics should be considered art.

  21. Some of my favourite comics are M, Far Side, Pondus, Nemi, Calvin & Hobbes, Asterix, and FoxTrot.

  22. My absolute favourite comics-creators are Don Rosa, Mads Eriksen and Alex Ross.

  23. I remember dates, but not events, faces, but not names, and vise versa.

  24. I can't help but laugh me silly at Monty Python's "Nudge, nudge!", "the Fish-slapping dance", "Michelangelo and the Pope", "the Argument clinic" and "Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!" *sniggers at the mere thought of them*

  25. I've always been a huge Disney-fan.

  26. I love Donald Duck, but I've never liked Mickey Mouse.

  27. If I find a movie I like I usually see it over and over again.

  28. With the result that I can act out several movies without fault. (Among them Disney's Lion King, Star Trek: Insurrection and Shrek 2.)

  29. My poison of choice (meaning alcohol beverage) is Martini Asti and Blue Angel.

  30. My favourite cities are Prague, Edinburgh, Dublin and Bergen, in that order.

  31. At Åsane I made my own teddy bear from scratch, and I named him Ørn Bjørn Jørn Ulrik.

  32. I'm a true Trekkie at heart, but a little embarrassed to say it in public.

  33. I'm very fascinated by languages.

  34. I can currently curse in 9 different languages (Norwegian, Danish, German, Finnish, English, Gaelic, French, Turkish and Chinese).

  35. I think accents (especially Spanish, Scottish, Irish and thick British accents) are incredibly sexy.

  36. I've never been really, really drunk. Now I have. Not fun. I think I'll just stick to tipsy, thank you very much!

  37. I've been described as 'sickly optimistic', but if you ask my mum she'll say I'm a pessimist.

  38. My favourite colours are black and shades of blue and purple.

  39. When I hear a song I like, I can listen to it over and over without tiring of it.

  40. And I have to learn the lyrics, and I have to sing a long (even if it's only in my head.)

  41. I get queasy ill whenever I have to get into an elevator.

  42. I talk to myself. But myself don't always agree with me, nor likes the answers me give I.

  43. I have an incredible metabolism, and I can eat whatever I want without gaining weight. (Dear God, please let it last!)

  44. I can't really cook. I am, however, very adept at eating. (see above)

  45. I don't eat things that stare back at me, nor anything likely to walk off the plate by itself. Nor would I ever eat haggis, sheep head or 'komse' (fish head).

  46. I'm allergic to penicillin, and can therefore not donate blood. (I wanted to, but they sent me home.)

  47. I was born two minutes past six in the afternoon.

  48. The Norwegian writer Henrik Ibsen died exactly, on the day, 80 years before I was born.

  49. When I was four I got a penguin teddy bear I named Lollo, and I still bring him with me whenever I travel great distances.

  50. Whenever I'm afraid, sad, worried or nervous, hugging Lollo always makes my feel better. (Yeah, go ahead, call me childish, I don't care. ;)

  51. I can't play a single instrument. I've tried to learn how to play the violin, piano and guitar, but I always fall back to just plain old singin'.

  52. I'm extremely ticklish. Try to tickle me, and I will not be responsible for my actions.

  53. The very first cd I ever owned was 'Ole Brumm og vennene hans' (Winnie the Pooh and his friends)

  54. I like Coca-Cola, but I hate Pepsi. (Yes, I can tell the difference.)

  55. When I'm doing something I enjoy I can get so engrossed in the task that I lose contact with the world. It's a blessing for me, but a curse for those who try to contact me during these trips to outer space.

  56. I'm abysmally bad at math.

  57. I'm still dreaming about Starbucks's Chocolate Brownie Frappuccino, years after I tasted it last. Do they even make that one anymore?

  58. I have an irritating habit of stopping in the middle of a sentence when I'm talking. I don't know why, and I don't notice it myself before people ask "Yeah? And...?"

  59. When I talk, I gesture quite a bit with my hands.

  60. I don't use make-up. But it's not because I don't need it, it's because I really don't know how to apply it properly.

  61. I prefer the toilet paper to roll off the top, and always move it the 'right' way if it's not.

  62. I have over-sensitive mucous membranes in my nose, so I can smell practically nothing.

  63. I can be quite charming when I put my mind to it.

  64. I love to walk in the rain. But it has to RAIN, not just rain. I like the sound of the raindrops hitting my jacket.

  65. Claude Monet is my favourite painter.

  66. But I'm also very fascinated by artists like Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Jim Warren, Jackson Pollock, Kandinsky and several others.

  67. When I'm writing I always rotate the pen/pencil clock-vise (always clock-vise!) every other word. I had no idea I did it before a friend of mine pointed it out.

  68. Sometimes I write words backwards, or writes the two or three first letters last.. and I usually don't notice it before I read through it afterwards. Selleri, horrible disease.

  69. I had a lot of trouble with big e's and 3's when I was learning to write. I didn't really know which way to point them, so my big e's looked like 3's and vise versa. (I got the hang of it eventually.)

  70. I write my 7's with a line through them, and my nines like a circle on a stick. My eights look like little snowmen, and my twos have no loop. My small a's actually look like they do in type, and not like a circle with a stick against it.

  71. I'm considered very grumpy in the morning. I'm not, really! I'm just too tired to make conversation, smile or function properly.

  72. I have a book where I note down the names of the movies I see.

  73. I wear glasses.

  74. I love sunglasses, and would love to have several of the Matrix-sunglasses.

  75. I have only slept naked once. I felt extremely silly. I woke in the middle of the night, worrying that the fire alarm would go off, and I'd have to find something to throw on before getting out. So I found a tee-shirt, put it on and slept soundly the rest of the night.

  76. I love bookstores and videostores, and can spend several hours just wandering about.

  77. If I could afford it I would go crazy buying books and movies.

  78. It's been raining on every single camping trip I've ever been on.

  79. I consider 'er' (the sound) a universal word.

  80. I'm an only child, and a bit spoiled. But I think I should get extra credit for admitting it.

  81. I'm truly amazed that anyone can master aquarell (watercolours).

  82. I've collected words and sentences I like since 8th grade, and have quite a collection. I plan to use them in my writing.

  83. I love to write, and would like to write a book someday.

  84. I don't fall in love easily.

  85. I live in a haunted house. But he's a really nice ghost, and I'm feeling safer knowing that he's there watching over us (and hiding our keys and kidding around with the animals and turning on my radio for no particular reason...)

  86. I've seen CATS on Broadway, and for some reason I'm very proud of that.

  87. I only read user-manuals when I'm totally, incapacitatingly stuck. Not before. Manuals are for sissies.

  88. I tend to be a perfectionist.

  89. I don't understand how so many things can 'taste like chicken'.

  90. I honestly believe that animals understand more than they let on.

  91. I'm afraid of the sound bees and wasps make. I'm not really afraid of the little buggers themselves as long as I can see them, and thus avoid them, but if I only hear the sound the chances are I'll freak a bit.

  92. Even though I have a dog I consider myself first and foremost a cat-person.

  93. In my opinion kittens are the most adoring sight in the whole world.

  94. I believe the names of our pets are as important to their individuality and identity as our's. Example: I named one of my cats Seti (after an Egyptian Pharaoh) because he looked so majestic, another Thao (tao is an African word for lion) because of his beautiful coat of fur, and I named my dog Tam (the Vietnamese word for 'heart') because he's the only dog to ever steal my heart.

  95. My hair was jet-black when I was born, then it graduately turned bright light blond, but now it has darkened to average blond.

  96. I mix orange juice and milk. I call it ju-ilk! (No, not really, but it's a funny word. Wonder if it means something... perhaps I should've checked it out before posting it here? Nah, I'll take tha chance it's nothing too nasty.)

  97. I would like to learn Latin, Chinese and Spanish.

  98. I've never smoked a cigarette and I never intend to.

  99. I'm not a girl of few words and tend to babble quite a lot. (If you've read through the list you know this already.)

  100. I didn't know what the word 'catsup' meant and had to check my dictionary. Why don't you just write ketchup?!

  101. I have just read through everything I've written, and I'm a little scared of myself.
